This channel consists of film and video I shot or collected over the years. Technical quality is not always great, given the use of 8mm film and my teenage and young adult lack of photographic skills, but there are things of historical interest, I believe.

My interest in railroading stems from growing up near Grand Trunk Western's Detroit Division, one of the last places of U.S. steam operations. A Lionel train set my grandparents gave me when I was four also contributed.

I ran into some software snags with my older YouTube channel which is called "Mike Landry Rail Memories," because of just that -- it was old. So I migrated everything over here to Mike Landry Railroad Memories ("Railroad," not "Rail").
