Images/video footage is either filmed by us (LUMIX G80, iPhone, Go Pro) or we have collaborated with another creator (with legal permission & always transformed into something new & unique). We do not add commentary over the top of our meditation music as it can detract from the learning/relaxation experience. Our channel is dedicated to improving mental health & well-being.
