I ran across these letters that I was sending out to smoothie owners then I first started appliance repair. @callsneed gave me the blueprint and I tried to follow it the best I could at the time. I've since made a blueprint that works for my family and I, but I always want to let people know I had a beginning and a mentor to help get me off the ground.
I know you want to know if the letters worked... Yes, I reached a owner that had two Smoothie Kings in Denton, TX and made my first $1000 repairing blenders, before I ever touched a home appliance. It's funny that I had totally forgot about this, but at the time I was stressing about trying to get in the game.

This is the Fisher & Paykel Drawer Dishwasher that would not responding to anything and had no lights. Power cycling, Service Mode Commands, and/or hoping that it would work, did nothing. This unit has three boards in it, one in each drawer panel and one on the back wall of the lower unit.
When you see an appliance that you have never seen before you my be overwhelmed, nerves, and unsure of your abilities. This is natural and fine if you feel this way, but the worst thing you can do it run away from it. The universe will only send you more of them. You will have to get out of your comfort zone to grow and continue to move forward as a business owner and a tech.
Once, I got over my fear of this Fisher & Paykel, it was easy. The manual walked me through the whole process and it even had links to video to show me how to disassemble the unit. The units wash control boards should receive 25 volts DC and this one was not.

This has saved my butt a time or two when I for get to change my milwaukee gun. This screw drive can do it electronically or manually and you will not crack plastic trim with it. I always keep one in my back and use it a lot on jobs. Link is below.
