Emily Fletcher is AMAW NY's Master Teacher and the founder of Ziva Meditation. She worked on Broadway for ten years and now loves sharing tools on how to be the most amazing version of you, onstage and off. Emily trained at the Royal Shakespeare Co. in London and holds a BFA from FSU. She is the creator of zivaMIND, the first online meditation training in the world. Emily believes that you already have everything you need inside of you to bring a role to life, you simply have to trust that YOU are enough.
