Born in 1972 in Taipei, Yuan Hsu-Hu started with his early education with classic ballet training. He was the intern dancer for Cloud Gate, dancer for First Ballet and Ballet Space. He joined film production industry at the age of 19, and was producer for well-known program Channel V and other TV stations such as Era TV and TVBS. During that time, Yuan shot music videos for various artists in Greater China region as well as numerous TV commercials. Later he moved on to produce short videos and his first feature film - 《HAGA-PARIS》, a documentary on Tayal culture. He is working on his next project on the second feature film. He lives and works in Taipei.
