Healthy recipes made with whole real food, with minimal processed ingredients and without refined sugar focusing on gluten free and dairy free diet. A healthier life style is my goal and I want to make this process as smooth as possible and even enjoyable. I hit the bottom really hard and I learned the hard way. I dealt with food sensitivities and related health issues, so my recipes are based more on an elimination diet (no dairy, gluten, refined sugar and other heavily processed ingredients) in order to remove inflammation and help the body to remove toxins. The food we eat today is not the same it was, it is heavily processed and hybridized, no wonder chronic diseases like autoimmune diseases, inflammation, gut dysbiosis and food intolerances is on the rise all over the world, and the power to change that is in our hands!
