Welcome to my channel,

I'm a french guy called Sulivan Archambault, after stuying and working in the field of architecture for couple of years, I decided to go back to school, and step aside from architecture for bit.

Since then, I got a Bachelor in Marketing and a Master in Strategy.

Today, I'm working for a Real Estate and Construction company, in the Strategy departement.

This journey has helped me gathered lot of insights and understand what makes architectural projects sucessful or not. This understing is the reason why I decided to create this channel.

I want to share with you what I found, and explain the untold strategies famous architects use in order to win architectural projects.
