After undergoing a gastrectomy for stomach cancer, I became interested in meals and snacks that were good for my body and that were easy on my stomach as I had to eat small amounts of food. Out of love for myself, I am grateful for the happiness of being able to eat delicious food, and as a grandfather who became a full-time housewife, I began to love cooking and baking when I started making the food my family eats with my own hands. Although there may be a distance, I gathered the courage to start a story about my food that can show off the unexpected charm of both taste and content.
As a beginner in a slow life, I want to write my own story, even if it is small, as if I were writing a diary. Please give me a little bit of whip and a lot of encouragement. Please stay tuned. Thank you ^^
