Uploading videos about my recovery from Aortic Valve Replacement.
In February 2020, I underwent my second Open Heart Surgery to replace my insufficient Aortic Valve with a St Jude Mechanical valve.
The procedure was done at the outstanding Royal Brompton hospital in London.
Pre-op I found comfort and a vast amount of information in other peoples videos, so I decided to document my recovery, with the hope that it can help at least 1 person
