I hope everyone is having a nice end to the year.
I wanted to come on here and offer some words.
First of thanks. Thanks for being a subscriber and for your comments and nice words. It means a lot to receive even the smallest of things.
As you could see, I took a little time off from making videos. I got busy and the inspiration wasnāt flowing.
Sometimes I wonder if this is a worthwhile venture. If Iām speaking a language that will resonate. If people struggle with the same stuff I had struggled with. If this is helpful.
Then I rememberā¦ Ahh, yes.
This stuff changed my life completely. The way I feel now I only wouldāve dreamed of one day. Not only the mobility, but the calmness and centeredness in myself. The work that Iām touching on here is the most important work I have found in this life. It brings us back into relation with ourselves in a way we have lost.
If youāre looking for a little inspiration. It all does lead somewhere. Somewhere beautifulā¦ Just keep doing the hard things. Comfort is okay for a little bit, but it wonāt make you grow. Itās much better to do the training session, the cold shower, the meditation, than to have done nothing.
You wonāt ever regret it.
