Hi, I'm Connor (aka Coach Oates) and I post Olympic weightlifting instructional videos, strength and conditioning movement videos, and mobility enhancement videos to help you improve your weightlifting performance and overall strength training success.
I hold a BSc in Sports Coaching and MRes in Sports and Exercise Science with a focus on weightlifting, i’m a Level 2 British Weight Lifting qualified coach, and Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer.
For the past decade I have been an enabler of sporting success; I have competitive experience in both weightlifting and swimming, as well as extensive experience in strength and conditioning training for adult and youth athletes at recreational level up to international Rugby Union.
