Highlights from our four Barn Owl boxes and hawk cams streamed LIVE on YouTube: Ramona Barn Owls
The nine cameras are located on a private rural residence in West Ramona, California (in San Diego County). The weather is very warm and the prey extremely abundant – this attracts plenty of barn owls! In addition to at least one year-round female, we currently haveTHREE pairs of mating couples with a total of THIRTEEN owlets and two eggs (so far). This is our tenth year in a row in this idyllic location. Watch our families and random guests in and around their nest boxes for an intimate glimpse into nature. Our hawk pole hosts at least three types of hawks and an occasional set of Great Horned Owls.
Welcome Hunter and Cayenne and their owlets: Macan, Napoleon, Pamo, Shiloh, and Ferdi.
Neighbors, River and Songbird alongside their large family: Bingo, Mia Marie, Rain, Harmony, Scoop, Champ, Ace, and Brooke. Meet "The Crazies" Cocoa and Puff and their future kids Cereal and Pop Tart.
