I am Vasilis Nalbantis, a Greek trumpet player, composer, producer. Throughout my career i have studied and performed many different music styles but my main focus has been the bridging and merging of ‘’Western’’ and ‘’Eastern’’ music. Which can be seen in my bands, Ellipsis Quintet and HaydeTanz. Together with the brass manufacturer Lechner, i have developed my Signature microtonal trumpet model ‘’Nalbantis’’, used in my works.
