I've been told that due to some changes made in the YouTube Policies, ads can now be placed by YouTube on any video, even though I have not monetised my channel. This causes disturbance while hearing the meditations and so on. The only way to overcome this is to upgrade your YouTube Channel to premium, as premium channels are ad free. I request you to upgrade to YouTube Premium, if possible, so that your meditations and videos are not unpleasantly disturbed.
