Hi everyone,
I'm Anh, born and grew up in Hanoi, Vietnam. Now I'm living in Belgium with my husband, Nicolas and his beloved Fr-Bel family.
Vietnamese food has been my inspiration of cooking since I hanged around with my mum in the kitchen. Staying around with French cuisine and diversified food culture in Europe, I realised that Vietnamese food has not been spread out like its worth.
Embracing from my passion of home cuisine, I decided to start my own cooking channel to share with everyone Vietnamese food culture and the different way to make delicious Vietnamese food for your beloved ones.
I would like to describe Vietnamese food in three words: Tasty - Balance - Sharing.
