Hi. I have a couple of updates.

I’ve created a website where you can find my stuff (volrusk.com/), and after a couple weeks of development and testing with people in the community, I’m ready to release a small project I’ve been working on there: volrusk.com/redthreads. Red Threads is a searchable catalog of internet horror and mystery sites, literature, and webseries. There are already a lot of great resources for collating content in this area online, but “internet horror” is a big area and as a fan I’ve always wanted a tool that lets you filter down to the particular genres and content you’re interested in. The site has both a desktop and mobile UI, just over 500 pieces of horror videos/literature/game pages so far and supports tags for different content, media, genre, and completion status. I hope you find it useful! There’s a form to suggest edits to particular pages or suggest new pages if you'd like to contribute yourself.

Also: I'm still working out the details but I have some plans for a new internet/technology horror-themed project that I'm excited to talk more about when it's more fleshed out. It's still fairly early on, but I can say that I'm thinking about potentially including an audience input/interaction component this time if possible, having seen a lot of really interesting interactive online fiction recently.

Hey. I'm Volrusk, creator of Vermis Malum.

As we progress into the last few videos of “Disk 1” of the story, I think it's the right time to change the channel name to reflect that while I want to continue the VM series after this segment ends, there are some other similar and different horror projects I’d like to explore here next year that you might also be interested in.
