As well as 1:1 and Zoom sessions for clients and groups, I love creating a wide range of meditations for anyone to experience in their own time, 24/7.
These include: Gentle breathing exercises to help relax the body, release tension and bring the body, mind and heart back to a state of calm. Some of the meditations are to guide people into a nurturing deep sleep while others focus on self-acceptance and self-love, forgiveness, easing pain and discomfort. Some of the meditations are visualisations and intuitively guided for the participant to receive messages, while others are mindful mediation and creative exercises.
