My name is Jennifer Dawn. And this channel is all things wellness, self care, business & style. I am a certified holistic health coach. I became a coach to motivate people in my community to get started in their wellness journey. I saw a lack of relatability when it came to health coaches.I wanted to change that.

Im just a regular smegular girl from Los Angeles, who wants to see her people holistically well. So I decided to start my on gang. A wellness Gang!

So on this channel I will show you many fun basic ways to become mentally, physically and creatively more well. Your wellness journey doesn't have to be hard. It can actually be really fun.
