The School of Breath
On this Channel "The School of Breath" we will explore the ancient secrets of our Breath. Through this channel we will explore 4 different Levels of Consciousness as we together journey into discovering our Divine nature. On this journey of Awareness the first level is Mindfulness.
1. Mindfulness :
Mindfulness is a state where you are fully engaged with the task in front of you. An example would be eating, If you are eating you are present with the simple act of eating.
2. Breath awareness :
In this state of awareness one becomes aware of ones breathing as Inhales and Exhales.
3. Pure Awareness : In this heightened sense of awareness ones attention become so subtle that one can dissect through the illusion of solidity and perceive this world not merely through thoughts but with Energy, Frequency and Vibration.
4. Being : In this state the attention of the Yogi shifts from doing to allowing and surrendering.
