Doro Bush Koch and Patricia Reilly Koch are the founders of The Achieving Optimal Health Conference, a conference dedicated to helping people reach optimal health by connecting them with the resources needed to learn how to nourish their bodies, minds and souls. Attendees learn the importance of healthier eating habits, developing mental focus, reducing stress, and taking responsibility of their preventative healthcare measures.

Twenty years ago, Therese, Doro and Patricia embarked on their own personal educational journeys, discovering the importance and also the ease with which we can all live physically and spiritually healthier lives. All active in their communities, all working mothers, they shared and applied this growing knowledge with each other, their families, their friends, and co-workers, laying the foundation for the work and formation of BB&R Wellness Consulting, LLC.
