Born in 1992 into a visually immersed family, Tushaar's filmmaking journey started in Gorakhpur, where his father owned a VHS video library (Music Point).
The passion deepened when his father launched a local TV channel in 2007, exposing Tushaar to the entire production process. Amidst this, music, especially Linkin Park and Eminem, became his refuge. Dropping his Graduation in 2013, he chose filmmaking.
