Welcome to Meat Revival: a Baptism in Smoke: This channel is designed for everything from the Backyard BBQ'r to the Competitive Pitmaster as well as Food Truck Operators. We will be covering all types of cooking styles of BBQ and Outdoor Cooking from smoked and grilled to baked and fried. We will be sharing some of our favorite grills and accessories too!

I'm Mike Davis, Pitmaster for Lotta Bull BBQ. I've competed in BBQ contests all over the World for the last 25 plus years and am a Six Time World BBQ Champion. I am joined by Kevin Jacques, who is the Pitmaster for the University of Que BBQ Team. After years of competing and teaching, we have decided it is our time to give back to the community that has shown us so much love and support over the years.
