I am a retired police officer of 19 years. I was diagnosed with OSI (Occupational Stress Injury) and PTSD, general anxiety and depression in 2017. I wanted to create a channel to follow my recovery and growth in hopes that my journey will inspire others to get help and share stories. Within two years I was committed to the mental hospital several times. The longest was seven weeks. I attempted suicide twice and attended three trauma/addiction facilities.

As senior manager and leader within the police force I have a plethora of knowledge around leadership.
I am a certified health and life coach with the Health Coach Institute. I am also a crossfit level one coach. My goal is to reach out to as many people in this beautiful world who are struggling or knows of someone that is struggling.
