Hi Iām Izzy š¤ Iām a certified pilates teacher with a passion for empowering people through movement.
I teach in-studio in Western Australia and have decided to bring my passion for pilates to the online community. I believe in finding movement that feels good whilst challenging your physical and mental stamina.
Through my classes we will build strength, coordination, connection and endurance. Together we work towards becoming the best versions of ourselves, inside and out. š¤
