Hey my name’s Juliana and this is Juliana Talks Films, the channel where I’ll go through the process of producing, managing, and streamlining your short form content.
Behind every successful shoot, there is usually loads of planning before and after you pick up and put down the camera. Although it’s not the sexiest part of filmmaking, project management-- or producing as we all call it in this field-- is key to making sure a production is inline with timelines, budget, and creative. Plus, running a well oiled production becomes much easier when you’re organized and prepared for the inevitable fiasco that is filmmaking.
