South African born Hylton Le Roux began his culinary journey in the UK from winning a junior sous chef competition to training as chef de partie under three Michelin-star chefs Gordon Ramsey at London’s Savoy Hotel and Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck in Bray, once named the top restaurant in the world. Chef Hylton then became head chef of many award-winning gastropubs in London, taking with him the discipline and guidance that he learned from these top chefs and sharing it with his peers. Hylton currently resides in the Philippines with his wife and kids. In the fall of 2011, Market to Master season One was launched on ABS-CBN, which began his journey into the world of television.
