Catbus Collective is a seven piece jazz ensemble known for its unique fusion of anime soundtracks and jazz music. Founded by Jasper Dutz, the ensemble showcases the talent of AAPI musicians who share a collective interest in Japanese pop, folk, anime and video game music. Since their debut in fall of 2023, they’ve performed at anime conventions, esports gaming centers and held a weekly residency at the Red Pavilion in Bushwick. Most recently, you have seen them at AAPI Jazz Fest 2024!
