I'm a passionate boulderer, that eats, breaths and sleeps the sport. I'd like to share my journey & experiences with you all and hope that it helps other budding young climbers to reach their goals. I'll be sharing everything from progress, travels, diet and exercise.
I train between 3-5 times a day, working on building strength and flexibility. I climb at least 4 times a week with sessions of 3-5 hours each. I'm often asked about my goals, with questions like "are you training for the Olympics" etc. but the truth is right now I want to get to a stage of achieving an ideal blend of strength and technique, making each assent a single fluid movement. Once I have that foundation, then who knows...
