So, why the name High Vibes Haven? What exactly does it mean?
A âhigh vibesâ life is a life that is full of abundance, joy, health and energy. Essentially, it means living life to the absolute fullest.
There are many ways you can achieve this, but for me, personally, I do this through connecting with my spiritual side, learning about numerology, meditating, journaling, practicing the Law of Attraction and self-care â all of the topics youâll find on High Vibes Haven.
The definition of âhavenâ is a place of safety and refuge. I thought this word was perfect, because thatâs what I want High Vibes Haven to be â a refuge where you can go to raise your vibration.
