1. To end unnecessary suffering, we will introduce easy to understand, practical frameworks. These frameworks are made to stick, will make you gain control, and can be used in your daily life. These frameworks shall reduce the chance of relapse into these "mental disturbances" , and reduce the chance of getting them all together.
2: By giving courageous people, who have been, or are suffering from " mental disturbances" a platfrom, where they share their experiences with you, to help you live a better life. To pass on what helped them to get better, and what did not.
3: These framworks, will change the "medieval thinking" on psychiatry to a realistic, de-stigmatized understanding.
