If somebody asks me, what is dance according to you?
I would say, for me Dance is healing. Yes!! Dance has all the power to heal you mentally and physically. In fact, it has healthy benefits from increasing stamina, relieving stress and body sculpting.Dancing has been a special part of my life since my childhood, I always loved dancing because it cheerfully fills my heart. My mom always knew my interest in dancing and she made me join Bharatanatyam dance class at the age of 5. Apart from classical i also love Bollywood and freestyle dance forms and conducted dance classes for kids in my 20's. As days went by, I started to realise being a passionate dancer, what have I achieved in dance? That's when I decided to start my own dance class, Tap in Style and teach kids various dance forms viz Bollywood/freestyle and semi classical dance.
