I am also an author and business owner of a Health & Wellness company, focusing on helping women become the best version of themselves.

Throughout my tenure in corporate America, I have successfully navigated through the environment and helped others achieve the same results. I have helped my clients build up their confidence, advance their career and navigate the corporate America environment.

In addition to my corporate America experience, I have helped my clients on their journey in discovering purpose, self-worth, self-love and focusing on inner peace. I’ve also assisted clients through their fitness journey, after naturally losing 85lbs.

I have learned so much throughout my own self-love, healing and single season and I am excited to share and inspire others through this channel.
