Hello ❤️ & welcome to ChessGeek.

In 2019 I discovered chess, and during the pandemic, it became somewhat of an obsession 🫢. Since I've always enjoyed teaching, I started posting chess videos, doing my best to explain the infinitely complicated universe of chess. This process, of formalizing my thoughts into videos made me a better player.

As such, this channel documents my personal journey of chess growth. You can see how my thoughts and understanding of the game have evolved over time. Currently, I hover around the 2100-2200 range on chess.com, with a peak of 2297 (so close to 2300, yet so far! 🥲). Indeed, I still have much progress left to do!
