DCARI is located in Dane County Wisconsin, the county located around Madison. Our fire investigation group began in 1997, and is comprised of both fire/law enforcement members, who conduct origin and cause investigations. Our group began offering virtual fire investigation training sessions in April of 2020. We are primarily sponsored by the Dane County Fire Chief's Association, the DCFCA is comprised of 28 fire departments located in and around Dane County, Wisconsin.
