I am Sachin Goti. I am a native of Pune, born and brought up in Pune. I love Trekking, Travelling, Food and Culture. This channel is all about that. I was inspired in class 4 while learning the history of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Then till 8th std I read all the books available at that time about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and his forts. When I was in 10th standard i.e. in 1984 I did my first trek to Rajgad fort, and continued trekking till 1995 . During this 11 year period I explored more than 45 forts and did almost 33 treks. Almost half of the treks were arranged by me.
After that, I did only 9 treks in 28 years due to my job in a bank. But now I have taken VRS and I have again turned back towards my hobby of trekking. I am going to try to explore the information about our fort , historical and religious places in Maharashtra through my YouTube channel.
