Deaf Link Uganda (DLU) is a not-for-profit NGO working to improve the quality of life for persons who are deaf and hard of hearing, especially those in rural environments. A minority population, the deaf are among the most marginalised people in Uganda. DLU’s interventional projects include: Education, Economic Empowerment and Livelihoods.
