I’ve been a nurse lady since 1998. I was in the right place at the right time as a secretary in a hospital psychiatric department when the opportunity to obtain my associate’s degree in nursing for free was presented as a benefit to the staff. Later in 2012, I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the Chamberlain School of Nursing.

As a single mother, the nursing profession provided me the flexibility and financial stability to raise my three beautiful children. Over the years, I have worked on Medical-Surgical Telemetry units and the Neuro-Intensive Care Unit. I’ve been a radiology nurse since 2006, and I’m currently working in both the Cardiac Catherization Lab and Interventional Radiology. I’ve also had the pleasure of experiencing travel nursing. I’ve seen a lot over my 22-year career, and I’m super excited to share my knowledge as a nurse lady with all of you!!!
