My personal freedom was shame! I w raised in an un-loving home! I wasn't told that I was loved ,accepted, or special.

Guilt, shame, and I was a bad boy when I did something wrong was the norm
I had to learn to forgive everyone and especially forgive myself! Self-hatred was my norm!
