I am a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist. I started this mental health channel to raise awareness of mental health issues and to share information on mental disorders. I use celebrities, famous people and film characters to show what it might feel like and look like to other people, and to make a difficult subject a bit more relatable and engaging (hopefully 😊).
Mental health illnesses are common and can affect anyone at any time. It might not be obvious when someone is suffering.
