The mission of Flourish is to create awareness and dispel common misconceptions about homeless individuals through a monthly public yoga event. The event is free but donations are encouraged. Donations from each yoga session will supply a private stress management, confidence and career readiness workshop for the women at Ruth’s Place shelter in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
