I was once a stressed out Sally who didn't know how I would ever add anything more to my proverbial plate. More responsibility at work and the thought of starting a family put me in a complete tailspin.

Things began to shift when I implemented yogic practices consistently into my life. Things shifted so much that my career took off, and I got promoted at work three times in four years. My life outside the office changed too.

I'm on a mission to help women do the same. My channel is all about sharing these tools.

Aside from this channel, I work with women 1:1 for 6 months at a time. It took me years to learn these tools, and so this is a focused approach to help aspiring leaders.
