5 minutes in and celebrity status lol.
After 11 total hours of travel including a 5 hour layover in Mumbai, we finally touched down in Aurangabad, now known as Chhataprati Sambhaji Nagar, or city of King Sambhaji, second king of the Maratha Empire. Just the name alone makes me know this is about to get epic. If you truly want to know why we’re here, you’ll see on That Badass Life. 2 days of serious sightseeing coming up.
So we get to our hotel at 9:30 and want to grab a light snack and head to sleep as our tour starts at 7:30am with a 3 hour drive to a remote location. Something super special. Except that it’s 100 degrees every day lol.
We stumble upon Swad and ask what they have. One word…Thali. Now most Thalis we get are small, but this was on a whole different level. Dudes just start hitting us off with all different things from Dahl to Gulab Jamun to Curd to Chapati to Puri to Chaat to Aloo Sabji to this mango smoothie that I could honestly say was one of the best tasting mangoes I’ve ever had. I guess they are known for Alphonso Mangoes in these parts. And now I’m stuffed. But so worth it.
So on the way out the manager asks if he can take a pic with us. I said of course and then we went into a whole photo shoot with the staff. Such a great time.
Already loving it here and we’re just getting started. Gonna be one of the most epic few days of all our travels. Stay tuned.

Next destination loading… ✈️ But first—can we take a moment to appreciate just how magical Uttarakhand has been?
From the peaceful energy of Rishikesh to the rolling green hills of Mussoorie (honestly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen), and the vibrant charm of Dehradun—this region completely stole our hearts. Dehradun quickly became one of my new favorite cities: laid-back, full of life, and surrounded by nature at every turn. And Mussoorie? That place is straight-up postcard perfection.
We hiked, we explored, we laughed, we slowed down. Uttarakhand gave us space to reconnect—with each other, with nature, and with ourselves. It’s all good. It’s always all good.
Now off to the next adventure… any guesses where? ✈️🌏

My new friend Chetan from around the corner where we get Thali from. Such a great place with amazingly fresh produce and outstanding Thali for $1. And some of my favorite Raita ever. And Chai.
We made a short on our channel and when I showed it to him, he blessed us with everything free today. I didn’t want to accept it but he wouldn’t take no for an answer.
I’m really so grateful for all the amazing souls that have been so kind to us on our travels across Asia. Gonna miss this place as we’re heading to our next destination tomorrow.
I really do love the state of Uttarakhand. Between Rishikesh, Dehradun and Mussoorie…wow.
We will be back.

Winning in love.
Can you imagine being the absolute love of your life in literally one of the most beautiful places on earth?
I am truly a lucky dude. 26 months later and we still act like children most days making each other laugh, messing with each other and enjoying life.
I truly hope each and every one of you find your person like we clearly have. I would go through all the relationship traumas and everything else I’ve had to go through in life to be in this very moment. Right here…right now. 🙏🏻💚
Which picture do you like best?

🇮🇳♥️Nestled among dense oak and deodar forests, Cloud’s End marks the geographical boundary of Mussoorie. Just 7 kilometers from the heart of the city, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and a refreshing climate. One of its highlights is a historic British-era building, built in 1838, adding charm to this peaceful retreat 💚🥰
