This channel grew out of my desire to learn Biblical Hebrew. I thought what would best suit my learning style was a phrase-by-phrase reading of the Torah, first the English, then the Hebrew, accompanied by the text itself. That you train your ears and eyes at the same time. Not finding such a tool I started putting them together myself. This grew into this channel. For the English text I've used the Schocken Bible, which is the the Everret Fox translation.
