My name is Taofik, and I am a joint PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University in the United States.
Over the past three years, I have been honored to receive several prestigious scholarships, including the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, along with multiple fully funded PhD offers from top universities in the United States. These opportunities have taken me to more than 10 countries, where I have lived in 4 of them for at least five months—all through fully funded scholarships.
