Greetings! There is NOTHING FOR SALE here and you DO NOT have to worry about being charged admission to see me play, so please bear that in mind when it comes time for the critique because I am NOT a professional musician...hahaha. You get what you pay for, and since this is all free...well...you won't be getting ripped-off here. This channel contains a hodge-podge of different musical compositions which I have put together either by myself or with a few friends whom I have met here on youtube. Some of them are ORIGINALS, but for the most part you will find a lot of COVER SONGS here.

This brings me to a pet peeve point I would like to make...the DEFINITION OF A COVER SONG! There are a lot of people who make videos of themselves PLAYING ALONG WITH an original track and calling it a COVER...this is TOTALLY WRONG by definition. A TRUE COVER SONG involves presenting a song WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL TRACK...in other words, if you're going to play a song by AC-DC and call it a cover song...we should NOT be hearing Angus Young and the rest of the band playing along with you. A TRUE COVER song conforms to the main idea of the original with shades of yourself interjected here and there, and does not have to follow the original song note-for-note, otherwise you are only being a parrot.

The audio/video quality in what I've posted may be lacking, but I can guarantee that the FUN isn't because that is what motivates me to do what I do...I have FUN doing this. It is obvious that I am well beyond the point of ever actually pursuing a musical career and so I do not aspire to be a working musician. However, I hold fast to the statement made by Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull) that YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO ROCK AND ROLL IF YOU ARE TOO YOUNG TO DIE! In the end, "IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC, BABY!"
