Cooking has always been a passion of mine, but it wasnтАЩt until I left my ten year career in IT that I was able to elevate my culinary intuition to another level. After attending and receiving a postgraduate degree in the Culinary Arts from WGSHA, I spent the next few chapters of my life learning and cultivating my skills in the kitchen.
Learning from working in the kitchens of JW Marriott, Fortune Inn Valley View, Chefs on Wheels, and an ITC Group Hotel. Spending as much time as I could learning and watching. So when the time was right I could branch out on my own. Now I have, taking all the knowledge I learned and giving it to you.
