I don't think they're in love. But I think there's a high level of sexual tension, hyperawareness, bordering-on-obsession between them! I mean, Draco spends five years jumping up and down, howling for Harry's attention and Harry is so dependant on it that he goes all crazy-stalker when Draco stops in sixth year. Not to mention so much subtext in Half-Blood Prince it's not even funny! Oh, and did I mention the (potential) hate shagging?
