I first qualified as a fitness instructor years ago, recently adding pilates.
But I had a bad accident, tore my knee ligaments, and had 2 surgeries! Recently, I had childbirth and back problems that I’m still healing today.
Why am I telling you this?
Because I’m determined to stay fit, happy and healthy. Good vibes, healthy living, and fun workouts work!
