I'm an outspoken advocate regarding neurodiversity , addiction, and mental health issues. I am soon to be an author and am a freelance photojournalist/editor/ proofreader.
I'm a survivor of much adversity in a decidedly non-linear life, having been raised in a cult from age 5 to 26, when I escaped. I'm writing a memoir of those hijacked years and was also featured in a documentary that aired in 2019 on the Discovery ID channel (now available on Amazon Prime, as well) I'm humbly and proudly in recovery. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2001, regained most of the lost weight, but last year i had a tummy tuck, was put on Ozempic, and dropped 80 pounds. 😒 Let's discuss! 🦋
