Champions for Life is an awareness campaign from the Big 12 Conference to highlight the academic successes of its student-athletes and to underscore the positive impact of athletic scholarships. While excellence in the classroom is a central theme in Champions for Life, the campaign will also focus on stories of leadership, community service and obstacles overcome in the pursuit of higher education. Student-athletes from across the conference will be featured in video spots that can be viewed on broadcast television, across social media platforms and on the campaign’s website, www.big12championsforlife.com. In addition, the website will serve as an informational resource supporting the belief that athletic scholarship provides opportunity, creates leaders and enriches campus life.
